Tyre Warranty
SAO Tyres offers a minimum one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all its products. Should a manufacturing defect be claimed, SAO Tyres will require the tyre manufacturers to establish liability before requesting a replacement. If the tyre is found to be warrantable by the manufacturer, a credit will be issued, which will be calculated based on the remaining tread depth after a percentage deduction. It is important to note that proper tyre examination by the manufacturer is necessary before establishing liability to replace the tyre, which may prevent immediate resolution of new tyre problems. However, it is important to note that this guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds
SAO Tyres is committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase within 7 days of delivery, please contact our sales team at sales@saotyres.co.uk or call our HelpLine on 02070 888230. We will make arrangements for you to return the unused and undamaged tyre to the original fitting centre, and upon presenting your original receipt, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund.
